KAWBE, ZAMBIA –NOVEMBER, 2018  As part of the existing partnership with the Ministry of Local Government, MEDEEM is developing tools to assist in the documentation and licensing of Marketeers. The pilot project is being rolled out in the Kawbe Municipal Council, where over 1,700 Marketeers have been documented in the month of November (2018). Data feeds from mobile tools developed automatically generate dashboards for both council managers and the Ministry of Local Government. The spatial data is currently been analysed and being made available to other Government agencies.
