CHOMA AND MULUFIRA DISTRICTS, ZAMBIA – DECEMBER, 2018  Through the guidance of the Ministry of Local Government – Planning Division, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) under the Decentralization project for Government Councils has contracted MEDEEM. The contract involves conducting both social surveys and GPS mapping to help ascertain the extent of layout irregularities and also identify homeowners and the boundaries of their parcels. The contract will be carried out in the Choma and Mulufira Districts in Zambia.
